Rooms were not so clean. Outside area didn't look safe.
I had a completely disappointing experience during my stay at this hotel. The hotel is old, and the rooms are desperately in need of renovation. Everything looks worn out, outdated, and poorly maintained. But the worst part was the absolutely filthy floors. There were stains all over the carpet and tile floors, and a lot of hair and fur embedded in the carpet. Clean rooms but employees are kinda need more customer service training, probably greeting the customers even just a simple hi, hello or good morning specially the front desk. Always on the phone
