Let's just say I'll never return again. Front desk people are comatose and on their phones all the time. The manager on duty is rude and the hotel, the staff seems to resent guests. Not a "service first" mentality at this place. There are a lot of choices in lodging in Jackson - find someplace else.
I paid close to $500 a night for a 5 night stay over a weekend. It’s reasonable to expect a premium product at this price point, hence the 3 star review. The grout in shower was messy and dirty. The suite didn’t have a table and chairs, even though there was small kitchen. The $20 per day parking felt like I was being nickel and dimed at this price point. The included breakfast was fairly decent, however. The fireplace in the room was a nice touch too. The staff was friendly.
Super nice suite. $516 a night during busy season, $150 when slow.
The lady at the front desk was really helpful. I am a Diamond for life and it's all about the people that work for the Hilton brand. Never have any problems
