Room was great. Quiet! The chairs in the dining area for breakfast are very uncomfortable, couldn’t sit for long. Food was ok, small drinking glasses.
So pleased with this property. Location is perfect for walking downtown; staff was always friendly asking about our time in Jackson, if we needed anything, if they could recommend anything to us. Breakfast wasn’t listed online so that was a nice bonus. Property is tastefully designed. Will be back!
Let's just say I'll never return again. Front desk people are comatose and on their phones all the time. The manager on duty is rude and the hotel, the staff seems to resent guests. Not a "service first" mentality at this place. There are a lot of choices in lodging in Jackson - find someplace else.
