I have traveled heavily for over 45 years and stayed in countless Hilton hotels. This may be worst maintained hilton I’ve stayed in. Worn furniture, dead trees and plants, dirty couches, carpets, etc…. Definitely needs a refresh. Management apparently has no attention to detail. Would not recommend.
My family and I stopped here for the night 7/20-7/21. It was nice on the outside, but the elevator was AWFUL! It smelled like urine! Our pups paws got dirty from standing in the elevator. Idk if they cleaned it but we have never stayed in a Hilton hotel where the elevator smelled like human urine.
Showed up at 11pm with a van full of sleeping kids to be told that our reservation through Expedia didn't "guarantee" a room and so they didn't have a room available but we could go to Best Western and get the night comped. They already had a letter form printed out and on the desk ready to rock so clearly this is something they do regularly. We stayed for a baseball tournament on July 10 and 11. We were evacuated on Saturday, July 12 after several people needed emergency care for carbon monoxide poisoning. Luckily, we were on the third floor and were not physically affected. The staff knew there was a gas leak on Thursday, July 10. One of our baseball families were given the opportunity to check out their room before paying. The front desk employee told them there was a smell in their room and they had no other rooms available.
