Great customer service
I have been staying at this hotel for over two years during business trips (over 100 nights so far, sometimes with multiple rooms booked). In the last year, I've watched this hotel decay and rot. my last 1-week trip, the two rooms we reserved that were supposed to be adjacent were not available on check-in because they just "didn't clean one of them". one of the rooms didn't have a functional thermostat control. one room, the ceiling fan was not functional (this has been a recurring issue with multiple rooms).
