Nice hotel, super fast check in, easy check out. Decent breakfast. Nothing to do with the hotel, but nice city.
The room was to be as expected from this brand with the exception to my bed. It seemed the mattress could use replacement. It had low spots and was not comfortable. Hard. My refrigerator made a grinding sound in the middle of the night so I simply shut off the breaker as I wasn’t in need. This was random and probably not foreseeable as I am sure there isn’t much PM schedule. The breakfast was got with the crew working it as well.
Great location! Super close to Huntsville Hospital. Parking is in a deck so campers/RV's may find it hard to find a space.
You could not pay me to stay at this hotel. Breakfast staff are strangely aggressive for no reason (they were out of coffee cup lids but didn't let anyone know so when I asked I was met with a "we ain't got none" and a glare). I reported a leaking shower head on sunday when I checked in, and it was still leaking by the time I checked out on thursday. It was such a steady stream, it left towels perpetually damp and musty.
