Very clean room with Kitchenette, free garage parking and exceptional free breakfast. Location is convenient to downtown Huntsville and very accessible to Huntsville Hospital. Fine dining restaurants within walking distance.
Recently I wrote a poor review of this hotel. I was upset because the front desk accidentally gave our room to someone else. In retrospect, I realize that it was an honest mistake, and they did all that they could to rectify the problem by paying for a stay for us at another hotel.
Wonderful staff - very friendly and helpful. Rooms were large, clean and the beds were extremely comfortable!
The team members at this property went out of their way to make sure my stay was perfect! Check in was a breeze and complimentary Hilton Honors member water was already in a bag and handed to me upon arrival. Room appeared newly renovated and was clean. The full size kitchen and couch are so convenient, and the lighted mirror felt very upscale. Breakfast crew was attentive and friendly at 6:30am and the selection was better than expected.
