Absolutely love the staff especially the night person. I hate to see when guest give her a hard time but she always remains professional and so kind. i believe her name was iyanna i hope im spelling it correctly. such a kind girl and very helpful to me and my husband and kids to. my sweet baby grandson loved her. We definitely will be back to check in with her again. rooms were clean, food was good i will be back

This is the first Homewood Suites we found that does not have a StoveTop/Electric oven in the kitchen. Yes, you read it right. Full kitchen but NO Stovetop or any post and pans.Their website has conveniently omitted this important detail. We had a special requirement for a kitchen & that's why selected this hotel. When we asked teh front desk, the dude, though helpful pretty much dismissed my question and instead arrogantly mentioned that "We give ytou a full size Fridge"... like it compensates for a stovetop. Filthy! A literal biohazard of what appeared to be bloody mucus stuck to the comforter, sticky black grout, garbage already in the trash can. When switched to another room, we had to be split up bc they don’t have another suite. The second room had hair stuck in the towel and on shower floor, dirty coffee cup, and Zero water pressure. The worst part is they wouldn’t refund us for that night. Choose another hotel.

Staying there ruined my Labor Day family get away. The rooms smell, one of the rooms bathtub seems to have mold, toilet was unsanitary, had to flush four times upon arrival to clear things out. Dirty floors. Felt bed bugs crawling all night. My wife had to spray fragrance on the bed to be able to sleep. In the mornin, my child started sneezing and sick so we decided to check out a day early. The staff were unprofessional and making rude comments. This includes being unpleasant over the phone. The rooms are advertised to appear clean and they are not appropriately clean. Elevators were not in working order and many amenities were unavailable.
