This was one of the most frustrating travel experiences I’ve had. Prior to arrival, I was told to check in at the front desk. However, when I arrived, I was informed that “the system” did not show my reservation. After nearly 30 minutes of going back and forth, I was finally given a room. Stayed at this hotel for 5 days, only serviced my room once on Tuesday and didnt replace my towels. Asked the front desk for room service and denied me and when asked why they didn't service my room, this chick said that they need permission to go in...how does that make sense since they did a half ass service on Tuesday?? Ive been a diamond member for years now and this hotel is by far the worst one ive been too!!
