Un bon moment de vacances
I want to stress that I tried to resolve this without the review but was unsuccessful. Pros * Rooms are large; has the potential to be really nice * Location is good Cons * Please see pictures attached * Room 213 (one of your long term residence, keep their doors cracked and teens are in there talking loud & cussing all evening). * Left several messages but management (GM & AGM) never received a call back. Unfortunately, I'll cancel future reservations.
The room was alright but had to make a few trips to the front desk. One of the closet doors was broken. There was no do not disturbe sign for the door so I called the front desk to ask for one and they guy was new and came back and said "I cant find any". The pool is green. It was june and hot and the pool was nasty. I wont be back to this location.
I read the Google reviews after booking the suite so I wasn't sure exactly what I had gotten myself into. The hotel is clean. Older, but clean. The noise level, I would say, is typical for a hotel of this age. Certainly not sound proof, but wasn't too bad. The room was spacious and comfy. Breakfast was ok. The reviews are not made up. The place is disgusting, dirty, smells terrible even after steam cleaning carpets. Fifa is coming to town next week so I'm sure the reviews will be loaded with complaints as they've increased the rooms by as much as $700 more per day. I'm sorry but they already weren't worth the $90 per night we paid as it was. Kitchen pans burned and dirty, black mold in toilet bowl, roaches every night in the room and dozens in the hallway outside rooms 315 and 316. Bedding dirty and falling apart.
