Stayed at this hotel for 5 days, only serviced my room once on Tuesday and didnt replace my towels. Asked the front desk for room service and denied me and when asked why they didn't service my room, this chick said that they need permission to go in...how does that make sense since they did a half ass service on Tuesday?? Ive been a diamond member for years now and this hotel is by far the worst one ive been too!!
We spent the last 3 days here and on the last day we found bedbugs. When I told the front desk they said theyd spray the room in the morning and when I asked for a clean blanket they had none. The price was reasonable but not worth an infestation of bedbugs. I gave it one star for the suite being large and reasonably priced. Also the smell coming from the bathroom sinks is atrocious. Hard to even brush our teeth because the water and pipes are RANCID. You think hilton you think quality. This aint it. There's old blood stains... read more
