Ma servicio desde que se entra por la puerta. La primera habitación que nos dieron sin aire. El área de piscina fuera de servicio. Nunca fueron a darnos servicio al cuarto mientras no estábamos. Nunca nos cambiaron las toallas y tampoco nos dejaron jabón nuevo. En el penúltimo día o sea hoy cuando llegamos a la habitación la puerta no abría ya que nos habían eliminado la tarjeta. En el desayuno no había nadie para rellenar las cosas del desayuno y cuando llegábamos a desayunar ya no había nada. Teníamos que desayunar afuera.... read more

I completed early check-in through the app and selected our room in advance. However, while we were on our way to the hotel, we received a notification instructing us to stop by the front desk. When we arrived, we were informed that the room we had selected had been given to another guest. We were reassigned to a different room. We then requested a luggage cart and were told none were available. Instead, we were given a laundry cart to transport our belongings.
