Good location for my business trip but not well maintained room. Bad check in, took me 35 min to check in nobody at the reception
If you were smart enough to be reading these reviews BEFORE staying at this hotel be thankful you did and stay clear from this dirty and disgusting hotel. I have been a Hilton Honors member for 26 years. I also traveled overseas while in Government, including so very remote areas. This place is a SCAM, booked it for our family short weekend trip to Dallas, check in on 3/13, check out 3/15. Booked through Hilton Honors App and prepaid for the room on 3/7. We chose this hotel, because of indoor pool and free hot breakfast. Upon arrival to the hotel, was told breakfast currently not available and pool is closed for maintenance indefinitely. Similar to a recent post. I didn’t do enough homework on this dump. Nothing works. Pool out of service until who knows. No breakfast. No cooler in lobby for bottled water etc. front door still completely leaning there. Carpet in room coming up. Gross and ripped couch. Today get to room after work and no running water. Do not stay here. I have not seen any bugs in my room so that’s about the only difference.
