My stay was bad I had to move rooms twice cause the first room had a cockroach there was a blood stain on one of the beds the room looked like an out of order room then the second room had make up all over the pillows there was a fork in the sink and the dishwasher still had water in it also they expect you to wash your body with a small bottle of shower gel.

Worst hilton brand hotel I've stayed in. We were welcomed by a cockaroach in our room. Bed sheets were stained. Light bulbs in the rooms were missing. Standing water in the bath tub. Exposed carpet tack strips. We were transferred to another room. That room pillow cases were dirty. Mattress pads were way too small for the queen size beds. There were dirty dishes in the sink. Standing watwr in the dishwasher and filthy dresser and nightstand tops. Very sad property. If I could give it negative stars I would.

I am a frequent traveler and recognize that a hotel is not truly your home however many hotels really strive to create a space that makes it feel like home. Unfortunately for the Homewood Suites on Marksville Drive in Dallas, TX that is not the case. I thought I could muscle through the stay but everything about the property really had me asking two questions: 1. Why is this hotel open for business in these conditions? 2.
