Booked two rooms for a night with my family. Started with rooms being on separate floors. Room 1 had no ac and my parents had to change rooms. Room 2 toilet won't flush and maintenance comes in the morning. Morning- no hot water, no maintenance guy, no breakfast because "she didn't come yet" 7:10 am. Coffee in the lobby is horrid. No coffee packs in the room. Don't stay here, its a dive.
Easily 5 stars. Angela hooked it up with beers to go. Gracias. Love Homewood Suites.
Staff are friendly and helpful. Homewood suites offers social hours with snacks and drinks every Wednesday evening. The place is very clean.
Lobby and common areas were great. Rooms were very dated. Hvac units loud in both rooms. But Miss Williams made breakfast exceptional. She made my day much happier. I will be back just for her energy!
