Everything about this place put my heart at ease! After a stressful week of being on the road and visiting many hotels this is by far the best! My five month old, fiance and I do long hauls with a super long reefer trailer and we were able to park on the property with no issues! We were greeted with a warm welcome and the room is everything! Trust the reviews before booking this hotel. I’m currently staying here with my husband and so far it has not been a good experience, this hotel does not live up to Hilton standards. Starting with their staff, they are very lazy and not an ounce of customer service. The shower head looks like it hasn’t been clean in a while and the bath tub is dirty, had a bug inside and it’s rusty. We were treated like priority guests from the minute we walked into the hotel. The staff is excellent and met all of our needs. The breakfast was tasty and the Wednesday night social/dinner was really pleasant! We had fun at the pool and enjoyed the hot tub, and we slept really well on our clean rooms on comfortable beds. For a 3-star hotel, there were only a few things that could materially improve. As far as service and care go, I can't say I've had it better. We will be back!
