Top notch service, Renata was particularly helpful, but the whole staff from the front desk to the breakfast to cleaners were excellent. I highly recommend staying here.

I had a reservation on 3/10 at the Homewood Suites in Columbia, MD, which I canceled within the allowed period due to a family emergency. I was told by Hilton’s Diamond Desk that, as a long-time Diamond member, the charge would be refunded. However, no credit was ever issued. On April 7, I followed up and was told a refund was not possible. Only after I mentioned canceling a future stay (making up for the cancelled stay from 3/10) did the manager, Cruz, say he could approve the credit. Can you say extortion..
