One of the nicest and most pristine hotels I have EVER stayed at. Front desk clerk Rose was extremely helpful with showing me around various room options in the hotel that I was curious to see. We live in the area and love planning staycations several times each year and even though I stayed in a regular room during this stay, Rose showed me a couple one bedroom and studio rooms that looked INCREDIBLE for our future stays. Great hotel close to the airport. The room was clean and very new. Incredible value and would stay here again if in the area.
Quite a few problems with this hotel. It's new and everything should work well, but I've had issues with a thermostat, poor TV reception, and other things that you just wouldn't expect with a new hotel. I probably wouldn't stay here again. It's been fair, but I expected more which is why my original review scored them significantly higher.
