I stayed here for parts of May, June and July, and I have nothing but good things to say about this hotel. Breakfast was always prompt, fresh and hot. My room was always clean, everything worked as it was supposed to, and the hotel was reasonably quiet considering the crowd. Debbie at the front desk went above and beyond to help me whenever I had a question or request. I won't hesitate to stay here again.
We’re local to the area but needed a place to stay during a renovation. We checked in at night and the front desk lady was absolutely amazing, she’s excellent and exactly who you would want representing your hotel and brand. She upgraded our room for no cost without us even asking and not to mention had a smile on her face the entire time. She was so good that we didn’t mind that the garbage disposal in our room wasn’t working or that the shampoo had ran out. The room was very clean otherwise. Our room was connected to another room of complete strangers, and you could hear their conversations, word for word. Plus, they let customers and employees smoke at the entrance ways. So, you have to walk through someone's cigarette smoke to get into the hotel. Not a good experience!
This is my 2nd time staying here while in. Batavia Great experience
