It was an average stay experience. Rooms were okay and the breakfast had limited options. Room service was something I hadn't had a great experience with. They didn't clean alternate day but took 3 days during the first week of stay. When I complained about it , they took a note as if they are doing a favour. Please greet your guests with utmost patience and kindness. Moldy Does not feel clean outside of the rooms. Room itself was ok. Dishes were dirty. AND… I woke up to a bedbug on the headboard 🤮🤢🤮🤢 Immediately checked out.
If you care about cleanliness and not smelling dog urine, wouldn't recommend staying here. Calling this a Hilton is an insult to the Hilton name. My family had a reservation here for 3 nights. Went to check-in with another family member and first red flag was the front desk office chair looked like it had been shredded by a bear. The lobby floor was extremely filthy. My room had two broken sliding doors, hair on the floor and towel. I left after one night and went to the Doubletree.
Great hotel in the middle of everything on the north side of Cedar Rapids.
