I always stay at the Hilton brands and almost always it’s a 5 star experience! This time I booked a king bed suite, received confirmation and when we got there they put us in a queen room, I went to the front desk and complained and they said nothing they could do about it, they wouldn’t change my room even though I had a confirmation, no compensation, nothing to make the situation better, just no! This hotel has charged my husband and I multiple times hundreds of dollars out of no where. We were never told why we got charged and when my husband went to ask about it, the hotel said they hadn’t charged us. Very upsetting and stressful. They have still be charging us since we have resolved the first incident and since we have completely left and checked out of the hotel.

Elevator feels unsafe definitely need service lady up front was very rude and would not give me quarters for my change because they weren't dollar bills I thought currency was currency but I guess not spent $200 for a night of room and they won't give me change very rude . Also the maintenance in cleanliness somewhat suffer in this place could be very nice if they had better stuff cared
