Nice place but a lot of little let downs; wifi sign on crap, newspaper toilet tissue, moldy shower, broken desk chair - the hits just kept coming.
Every year we come to Cambridge from BC and every year we’ve stayed at Homewood. We had always recommended this place to friends when travelling to the KW area. This year they messed up our reservation and refused to honour the hotel price difference in the room we ended up with. My wife has a physical handicap and she had made that known on the reservation and thus reserved a specific type of room. The service with the front desk has been not been cordial and not very understanding, even accusing us of making things up, eve... read more
