Checked into this hotel very late on Friday night after a problem with our Airbnb. Jen at the front desk was wonderful and accommodating to our situation. We got checked in without a hitch and enjoyed our weekend. Breakfast was amazing and the room was roomy and perfect for traveling especially with a 2 year old. Thanks again Jen for helping us out of a jam.
The free breakfast was amazing, with fresh ingredients and warm with spacious rooms and a comfy pull-out couch. Would recommend.
Awful check in experience. Took forever. Called twice ahead to confirm booking in days leading up to stay, and they had none of our info upon arrival. Rooms were not cleaned, human hairs everywhere in the bathrooms, pet hair all over carpet, and nasty finger prints everywhere.
I love this hotel! The staff are incredibly generous and accommodating. I stayed here for three weeks for work, and the level of service was outstanding. The breakfast offerings and the Wednesday night dinners were excellent and truly comparable to the best hotels I’ve stayed at. While the rooms could use a bit of updating, the service is truly the best and more than makes up for it. Thank you to the entire team for such a great experience!
