Arrived at 3 am and they have apparently turned off the water heater as hot water took 7 minutes to reach my room, by the time hot water started flowing out I have finished showering
Under construction for now but such an amazing facility. Got here Wednesday afternoon just from vagaries of traffic. Fortunately, they have a wonderful buffet dinner. I was happy wine wine and salad while my kids fit burgers and soda. The rooms are spacious and clean. Everyone working her has been friendly and kind. An hour drive to the falls adter eating tonight then about that tomorrow to the zoo this will definitely be in my shortlist to stay at in the future.
Experience has been less than impressive. The single elevator is being used by the construction crew during the day. The pool and gym are closed, no accommodations being made at local gyms. Small design critique.......the updated showers require you to reach all the way into the front of the stall to turn it on, so youll get wet when turning on. Likely will be staying elsewhere when in the area again despite having new, updated rooms. Staff are doing good in challenging environment.
