This place is horrible. Elevator was broken - no ice machines - pool is dirty. Would not recommend. This place is like a motel. I wouldn’t go EVER AGAIN!!!!

I had a wonderful stay at Homewood Suites by Hilton Burlington. The front desk staff were warm, welcoming, and professional from the moment I arrived. The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and very well maintained. A special thank you to Asanga, the breakfast guy, for his exceptional service. I was impressed with the service I received from Sapreet Grewal in Sales Dept. I inquired about an extended stay and she was prompt and detailed with her reply, as well as very courteous. I had contacted 3 different hotels in the area with the same request and I'm still awaiting a response from the two other hotels. At this point, I am proceeding with this hotel without the compare simply because of her service. Thank you so much!

I come here for work and the staff is friendly and kind. Every morning Asonga greets us with kindness and respect. I never have time to eat therefore he helps us get to-go items. He is very helpful and does a great job at breakfast service.
