I had my room canceled twice. This occurred on 4/7/2025. (7:30 pm) The first time my room was canceled a representative from the hotel called me and said my credit card had been declined and I needed to give him updated info. I was uncomfortable doing so over the phone in a busy airport and to someone who’s identity I wasn’t able to verify. I asked if I could present my card at check in. He said no. We had a very positive experience with our stay at the Homewood Suites, Buffalo - Airport. We were traveling with our child's basketball team, and the space made for a great way to socialize and build comradery amongst both players and parents.
This is the best place to stay in Buffalo. It very close to the Airport, has nice big rooms and large selection of choices for breakfast
Honestly the hotel is very nice, great rooms wonderful pool area very nice staff but the beds are like sleeping on a concrete block and are absolutely terrible… also WiFi is not free I’m 36 and I have never even been to a hotel that charged for WiFi. No you can get it for free if you join Hilton honors but I just find it nuts to jump through hoops for WiFi so I can’t give them higher the two for bed and wifi
