I was a mess yesterday. My furnace broke. No technician was available until Monday and I have a dog. I made a reservation and when I step outside it was obvious the drive will not be safe. I found a hotel closer so I called to cancel. I was met with kindness and encouragement, the man could just have said ok bye but he took time to say a few words. Thank you.
Excellant suites to stay with your family. Their hospitality is warm and welcoming. Keep it up.
From the fabulous assistance on the phone while booking through the front desk, to the very clean and very well equipped 2-bedroom suite, to the fabulous food and service at breakfast, this was a great stay…and leas expensive than other options. Would definitely go back!
