The rooms were nice but my good the pillows were horrible. Think 3 feathers and some air, no support, I don’t even know where you purchase pillows like that. My neck hurts.
As a Hilton member I was pleased with the customer service and cleanliness of the hotel and rooms as always. However, this hotel has the most uncomfortable beds. It felt like sleeping on wood. No give or cushion at all. Very disappointed.
Nice room and bathroom, but our first room booked through the app was occupied. Walked into the room with other people's stuff in there. The free breakfast was pretty good
