Lost power to only my room. Had to switch rooms in the middle of the night. Big inconveniences
Worst hotel I have stayed in!! Had to change rooms 3 times due to issues with the bathrooms (showers not properly draining), 1 room was still freezing after turning the heat up to almost 80 degrees. Beds are extremely hard. Booked a “king size” bed, but definitely seems to be a queen size (we have a king at home). Ice from the ice machine came out dirty. Definitely needs renovations.
