Es segunda vez que visito este hotel y sinceramente en la primera visita todo fue maravilloso, en esta segunda visita saqué tres habitaciones para hacer estancia con toda mi familia el primera día todo estuvo perfecto estuvimos en la piscina y por la tarde usamos el área de la piscina con los Barbecue para compartir con la familia y escuchar un poco de música y divertirnos y la atención por el personal del hotel fue maravillosa, en la noche del sábado que fue nuestra segunda noche tratamos de hacer lo mismo usamos los Barbec... read more

Great staff and very helpful when a need would arise. We had a sluggish drain in our shower and bathroom sink which was taken care of. One bifold closet door doesn't work too well. (Rm 239) I have to make a special comment about Maggie in the kitchen. She was AMAZING and very attentive to detail. She stirred the food, kept things fresh, and never seemed to stop for a second. Excelente habitación y ubicación. La comida del desayuno es buena pero por que quitaron los wafles???? Era la comida favorita de los niños. Regresen los wafles!!!!

I’m going to have to leave a review. A negative one. Room 331 the bathroom smelled like cigarettes. It’s so bad that tonight I opened my eyeglass container wipe and shared it with my husband and son and dog. It somehow permeated into my clothes and my stuff. In my luggage. 🧳 Disgusting and otherwise past the bathroom no smell. I looked for cigarettes and didn’t see any. Maybe an employee.

See thru blinds that won't let you sleep at night if you face the pool. AC won't go below 64 - and although that's a bit lower than the average person's taste - the bed is usually hidden away in a corner not directly facing the AC so it's always hotter.
