We stayed at Homewood Suites Bonita Springs (Aug 28–31) and had an issue with our first room. Trinity at the front desk immediately stepped in, personally checked the room, walked me through alternatives, and made sure we were comfortable. She even checked on us during our stay. Her professionalism and care turned a stressful situation into a wonderful trip — and made us proud to be Hilton Honors members!
Great front desk staff
100 stars! Hotel is clean, quiet and location is great! Full kitchen equipped with even a dishwasher. The breakfast included pulled, pork and overnight oats night oats a chia. Will definitely stay again!
Very nice little quaint hotel staff was amazing. Breakfast buffet was really good, would definitely stay here again .
