There are bed bugs in the suite room. Even after informing at the front desk they didn’t even looked into it mentioning it is night and on the top of it staff member is rude, not even considerate looking into it. Pathetic service and no staff even to change sheets.
All employees are very nice and helpful but this hotel needs a bit of TLC . One elevator and was out of order, rooms are a bit dated. Breakfast could be improved and saw better in other homewood hotel
