I am a delivery person, I have to come to this hotel multiple times a night. Kathy at the front desk will not let me enter the lobby much less go to the rooms. She will call the room and have them come down to the lobby despite delivery instructions to leave at their door. I tried to go to the elevator and she got aggressive and said I was not allowed to go to the rooms and that I had to wait in the lobby. If I could give it zero stars I would! Kathy at the front desk wouldn’t open the doors to the lobby for me to check in last night 1/3/25. She preferred I wait in my car until she finished with her audit. Review the cameras you can see me waiting outside and walking back and forth to the entrance and my car just to be let in. I called front desk multiple times. She did not care and said she had to finish her audit first. I cancelled my reservation and booked at Tru down the street. We had a wonderful stay here. Great pool, food, and rooms. Extremely clean. Staff members are professional while also down to earth.
