Average to sub-par, but with a couple of extra perks. I found the sheets and room relatively clean so no complaints there. There was a fan in the room so that was a plus. Main downside was there was a faint but persistent strange smell. Idk if that's leftover from previous residents or their cleaning chemicals smell weird.
