We were visiting from Arkansas and this was a GREAT home away from home! Convenient to everything, great breakfast, great room, and EXCELLENT service. From Keondra’s welcome to the entire staff always saying, “let me know if you need anything,” we felt well taken care of! This is now our go-to stay whenever we visit Augusta!
I'll probably never stay here again, too many pets.
Great location, near interstate and lots of shopping and restaurants. The hotel is nicely kept , clean rooms with a full kitchen. Hotel provides with nice breakfast, Wednesdays socials with snacks and drinks . Staff is great. Recommended this hotel.
There was hair in the shower, which was not ours as we had just gotten there. The gym felt and looked like it hadnt been touched since the hotel opened. The front desk staff was all friendly. The cleanliness of the hotel was just subpar and the location was sketchy!!
Stayed this weekend the area is very sketchy to say the least and did not feel safe. Had a corner room near exit and constantly heard traffic in and out. The room was clean but AIR not working. This is Georgia. When I asked front desk the response was that maintenance would not be intonight and there were no other rooms available. Truly ridiculous. The room was not really clean and when I laid down I felt something biting my arm. Go somewhere else avoid this place and the sketchy area.
