They were remodeling while I was there, so I am discounting the noise from the work, they they did stop the noise around 5 or 6 each day. 5 star on the strength of the staff who were really great to talk to. It is an older property. Rooms and service are standard for Homewood Suites. The blackout window curtains do not close all the way, which was annoying. Super hot the whole night. The ac usage is very limited. If you like to sleep cool, then good luck getting sleep here.
We were visiting from Arkansas and this was a GREAT home away from home! Convenient to everything, great breakfast, great room, and EXCELLENT service. From Keondra’s welcome to the entire staff always saying, “let me know if you need anything,” we felt well taken care of! This is now our go-to stay whenever we visit Augusta!
I'll probably never stay here again, too many pets.
