It was a great location with a very kind staff!
Stayed here for Shaky Knees. I experienced excellent staff and service. They let me check in a couple hours early. (I would have had no issue having to wait longer.) Staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good. When I return to Atlanta, I'd like to stay here.
Can't wait to check out of the dump! Pros: great location Cons: *Poor maintenance- reported twice the a/c not working - still not repaired in my suite! And the front desks solution, move me to another room (WTH) fix the darn thing, NO, I don't want to move all my belongings to another room! I travel 100% of the time for my construction jobs, do you understand how much luggage I have?!?! *Soiled bedding- with blood on fitted sheet *Pool - dirty not able to use for three weeks *Maid - lack of service and then they leave a note... read more
