Nice hotel with a full kitchen. Publix is 2 blocks away and they have outdoor grills by the larger style pool. Beds were extremely comfortable. Would definitely stay again.
They do not clean the building and get rid of the bums out side so it's convenient to walk in and out without being harassed. Breakfast is terrible and I feel like convict with security hovering over me when I'm trying to have breakfast. Hot water takes for ever, elevator was broke for almost a week 50.00 a day for parking I'm done once my company for fill my contract I will never return and I suggest no one stays there what I pointed out was only the tip of the iceberg.
Not even 30 minutes ago, we checked out of our hotel. Not being fully checked out of our room, the cleaning crew threw out our beautiful little wedding cake as my wife ran upstairs to grab it. Not even fully checked out of our room. The woman at the front desk called their supervisor/director and said nothing could be done. It was our fault for checking out early. My sister and brother in law got married 2 days ago and stayed here after their wedding. As checking out, my sister realized they left their beautiful cake upstairs. She went back up and they threw it away with no care in the world. Something this important shows this crew doesn’t look over things and just throws away someone’s belongings. They will now not be able to enjoy the rest of their cake as Husband and Wife. The cherry on top was no one was able to do anything in place of losing the cake.
One of my best friends and her husband got married 2 days ago and stayed at this hotel after their wedding. When checking out the bride realized they left their wedding cake upstairs.When she went to get it, the staff had thrown it away!!!! Who throws away a freaking wedding cake with no questions even asked!?!? This clearly goes to shows this crew doesn’t look over things very well and just throws away guest belongings.
