Can't wait to check out of the dump! Pros: great location Cons: *Poor maintenance- reported twice the a/c not working - still not repaired in my suite! And the front desks solution, move me to another room (WTH) fix the darn thing, NO, I don't want to move all my belongings to another room! Waited 30 min to get my car out of the valet after paying $50
Room had a leaky water knob, the cleaning crew must failed to report. I was there for a concert so I didn’t have time to report it for one night.
Very expensive parking. Fifty dollars a night valet parking only. Zero maid service. Had to hunt down staff for more towels. No bedding for a bed. No answer when called the front desk for sheets. No coffee or tea for the room. One bar of soap for the whole room. At breakfast the TV was on very loud that you could not have a conversation.
