The stay overall was great. Had a few issues to start. The rooms weren't completely clean. Hair in the shower, and I mean quite a bit. The carpet wasn't vacuumed everywhere. Heard other residents complain about the same and similar issues at the front desk.Looked like a rush job. Food was good. Staff is very friendly. Amenities were good. Lots of things close by.
After three weeks of trying to get this issue resolved, no compensatory actions have been completed towards me and two of the other members of our party. So, it is time that @Hilton, specifically Homewood Suites, in Atlanta GA, be held accountable for the unsanitary and bedbug infested state of its hotel rooms. We reserved an adjoining suite. The rooms are a grade C at best. The king bed was really low quality and squeaked like an old box spring mattress. There a full kitchen (no oven). The sheets one bed in the adjoining room had holes in them. The towels had fresh makeup stains on them in both bathrooms. The second reserved room was on another floor.
