This hotel was nothing short of exceptional. I had an issue upon arrival that had nothing to do with the staff, but they helped me get the situation remedied and made sure to help keep my sanity when it felt impossible. The hotel is beautiful, the pool was so nice, the patio area is absolutely beautiful. 5/5☆. The rooms are gorgeous. Id also like to mention the following three employees- Mr. D THE SHUTTLE DRIVER. Hotel is nice, very spacious and comfortable. Similar to a studio apartment. My family had our family reunion booked here. I did have ants in my room but that was isolated issue because my other family members did not have any ants or any other insects in their room but other that the service was great, and all the staff was very nice, and hospitable plus we had our banquet there in the banquet room, with outside courtyard and they had a nice pool, bar area and good breakfast bar.
