I have stayed at this hotel at least 30 times within the last year. The front desk staff (Tymberly, Marlon, Brian and Felicia) are always accommodating, polite and courteous. Each time I visit they address me professionally by name and remember my room preferences along with my Hilton Honors status. The maintenance and housekeeping are professional and polite. This is the ONLY Hilton property that gets my money whenever I’m in Atlanta.
