My husband and I stayed at the Homewood Suites for a week. Our room was beautiful. It was clean. We had lots of room and a full kitchen. The staff was very helpful. We would absolutely stay here again!
Incredible customer service. Timberly saved the day! After booking through Hotels.com (which we will NEVER do again) our reservation not being at hotel (we had a paid receipt) and us not having phone capability, Timberly spent over an hour getting our reservation fulfilled!!! Not only that, she upgraded us to an amazing room. After traveling 15+ hours, it made for a relaxing layover before our return home to Belize.
