Unreliable EAP. Professionals bail on you so you never actually get to see them and question why your employer even pays this company. On the 1st attempt, the professional was a no-show. On the 2nd attempt, the professional is 15 minutes late, and had ultimately cancelled on me. I had to call in to find out. Ensuring that my 4h allocation had not been deemed "used" wasn't seamless. I had to speak with an agent to ensure such was the case.
Happy to have a place better than Fly Gin...way better food and ..no douchewbags..to screw your night up..loved the whole concept.. very NY..for Montreal...all. There with no pretentious...
