STAYED W/ MY FRIEND WHO LIVES THERE. PLACE HAS ROACHES AND MOTHS. LOTS OF HOBOS AND DRUNKS LITER AND HANG OUT AROUND APT PROPERTY. MY FRIEND ALSO COMPLAINED ABOUT HIS PACKAGES BEING STOLEN WHICH HE COULD SEE WITH HIS FRONT DOOR CAMERA.
