I completed a stay for the Womens+ Trauma and Concurrent program in November/December 2025. The nursing staff, therapists, folks at the chronic pain clinic, as well as the folks for massage and physio were absolutely incredible. I am so grateful for their empathy, kindness, compassion, and dedication to what they do. Extremely unprofessional. You are forced to give personal details on your mental health to a receptionist which is a huge privacy issue. They mostly offer inexperienced social workers, which is not helpful in improving your mental health. They are meant for crisis only.
Life coaching at best, most employees are not qualified. This is a cheap/quick "counselling" services that companies will pick up as part of their insurance to employers. If you're looking for instagram-quote style advice, you're in the right place.
