This company is horrible , due to me not being able to work certain shifts because the times not being compatible with my kids schedule as a single parent after I’ve already explained to two of the employees there MULTIPLE times when I am able to work and they still continue to ignore my availability, well they sent me a letter saying I am inactive and can return whenever due to declining shifts which isn’t the truth , since my last shift they’ve reached out to me one time about a shift. We had the most wonderful caregiver, Kimberly, who was kind and caring as well as very competent. She was easy to be around and my mom enjoyed her care. The company really tried to match us with the best caregivers.
