We have been working with Homewell care Services for the past 6 months. They have been easy to communicate with, thorough and prompt. It has been complicated finding someone who fits our needs but they have been beyond patient and resourceful throughout the entire process. I highly recommend! I had a last minute emergency need for home care and they came through with flying colors. Made it happen within hours and kept in constant communication throughout the process. Lovely caregivers and I’m very happy with the service.
The aide really connected with my 89 year-old father and was always available to give me updates on my father since I live out of state. . The aide was very flexible adjusting to whatever needs my father had on a particular day, or whatever mood he was in. Communication with the agency was easy and always very helpful. I was extremely pleased with all of their services and staff.
HomeWell is an amazing organization. They coordinate services for veterans. We were able to get a live-in aid for my 93 year old Dad in 3 days! Felix is fantastic, very gentle and caring with my dad. He has my dad do his PT exercises every day, and Dad is getting stronger. They've got a great relationship, they tease each other, and my dad just giggles .
