Bree has been extremely helpful and care oriented with clients. She pays attention to detail and ensures the best level of care is given. She truly exemplifies and upholds the values of HomeWell.
We have used HomeWell Services through our mother's senior independent living facility two different times. The first time in 2023 when she broke her wrist, her arm was in a cast, and she needed help with bathing and dressing. In 2024, after multiple falls, she needed further assistance with activities of daily living. We found that the onsite help personnel, Theola, Ieesha, and Samantha, were extremely patient, kind and professional with our mom. Update: This issue has been resolved. I have power of attorney over a senior resident who recently suffered a broken shoulder after tripping over a curb. Given his injury, he required extra assistance at his senior independent living complex. The management recommended a company they use to assist residents, assuring us they were reputable and trusted.
