Roberto and his team were professional and proactive in providing care for my Mother.
We have an elderly father that was placed in our care. I called Homewell. They had someone out next day on a Sunday. Super service Roberto the office manager helped us every step of the way and Agnes the aid came in and did a phenomenal job. She was so caring for my father and I would recommend this company 1000 times over if I could. You can’t go wrong with Homewell
I worked for this company since August and they gave me 1 client then took her away and gave her to other caregivers then would send shifts out for that same exact client. If you can’t deal with pets do not work for this company the scheduler alexia would send me clients to my phone knowing that I am allergic to cats and dogs. Your schedule with not be consistent and your client will be taken from you for no reason. You will not get consistent hours, I consider you work for another home health facility.
