Stopped answering the phone, stopped coming to house when we were scheduled. Step-dad home alone because they suddenly stopped coming and wouldn't be contacted. Not reliable.

Kevin and his team are truly exceptional! Highly recommended for those that need in-home care. They take an individual, genuine, and compassionate approach to the needs of each of their clients!
Kevin & Karen are fantastic to work with and make sure the caregiver that is assigned to the client is a match. They take the time to get to know the client. They personally go to the clients home and introduce the caregiver to the client. They have great work ethics and will never hire a caregiver that cannot communicate with their clients. If you choose to hire their firm, you will not be disappointed.
