Very helpful with rearranging Caregivers hours when the need arises. Office personnel are friendly. Great about getting caregivers hours within the closest proximity to their homes.
I reported to homewat this morning that some of my life sustaining medication was missing a whole 30 day prescription and they done an investigation and I ask the to reimburse me $ 22.00 so I can get more and homewatch did not care the said no because there is no proof. How assadine is that then 2 minutes later the called me and ask me if I was switching companies and I said yep I am new agency takes over the 25th I hope this new agency is alot better then homewatch!!!!
I wish I had done more research before selecting this company...... Homewatch Caregivers of Williamsport is the lowest of the low. That conclusion is apparent with the 1 star rating they received here, Facebook and on their Yelp page reviews! Do your research and don’t trust this company to care for your loved ones!
