I have to amend my review. The company is awful. We've had the same caregiver for three years basically she works every day, 7 days a week. My husband is not a tough client. He's SCI, not TBI, just needs help getting transfered from bed, dressed, etc. We are laid back. They never have a substitute. Never. She works every single day. She's been out sick for two weeks, and they never called. They never sent a substitute. Homewatch caregivers do a great job of communicating with family members & the patients they care for.
We have used this company for our father for the past 9 months. We are very happy with the level of care his main caregiver (usually 5 days a week) has provided—he goes above and beyond. There has been some turnover with the 2 other days, but overall we have had good experiences with the caregivers on those days too. It is easy to reach them by email or text & responses are quick.
