THE VERY BEST CARE EVER .I WAS SET UP TO GO TO A CARE THE WORST PLACE TO BE FELL THERE A,DEATH SENTENCE. I FEEL THE FANTASTIC CARE I HAVE RECEIVED AT HOME WATCH SAVED MY LIFE AFTER OPEN HEART SURGERY AND AT THE SAME TIME FEEL AND BROKE MY FOOT . THERE CARE COULD NOT BE BETTER
Never have replacements when caregiver is unable to come Otherwise staff is great get things done without telling them constantly
It started out great. I was matched with the right caregiver - though the schedule was never dependable. After the caregiver became comfortable with me, the quality and attitude of said caregiver began to decline. In addition, the management began to fail to address concerns and/ or meet with me at my home to discuss issues. Even through the phone, issues were not resolved. I became so frustrated that I quit the company .
I have waited so long for a caregiver to help assist me after my surgery, and then I met with homewatch, I am very pleased with the outcome. The caregiver I have is wonderful with a kind heart.
