I do not usually write reviews, but I had to take a moment to thank Homewatch CareGivers of Norwalk. My sister is young, has MS and this has taken a major toll on my family. My only expectation was that my sister was provided the care that she deserved. Not only did she receive the care she deserved, she was made to feel like this new impairment was not a disability. She was provided with a custom care plan that considered her as a person, not just her MS diagnosis. I cannot say thank you enough!
My mom had surgery, so we needed all the extra help that we can get. I was referred to this company by a family friend and I’m super happy with my decision. I met the owner and Director of client and caregivers , everything went smoothly, we went over all the important information and was later introduce to the caregiver who would be providing care for my mom. During my mom recovery process everyone was so respectful, caring and very experience. I would definitely refer this company to anyone
