I had inquired online and received a call from Sophia. I explained why I was calling, doing my research to see if we can find a home health company that we might afford. After giving me the rates, and advising me there is a minimum of 20 hours per week, with a minimum of four hour per shift. I responded that it may not be in our budget. Taylor was always kind to my Mother. She was always prompt and even arranged her schedule to accommodate ours. She was always nice to me and had kind words and was willing to accompany me to the doctors with Mom to help her. My Mother loves Taylor and misses her greatly.
I live out of state and I worked with Courtney to set up overnight care for my Aunt during her transition from Independent to Assisted Living. The process was extremely easy and I was able to complete everything online. Courtney met with my Aunt and was able to provide overnight services on the same day as my request. She assigned the same caregiver each night so my Aunt got to know her. Lanora was a perfect match for us and was amazing!
