HomeWatch Caregivers of Brownsburg was my 4th home aid/ care agency coordinated through my social worker. ( Thank goodness for perseverance ) They have been exceptional !!! The first 3 agencies were riddled with tardiness , last minute cancellations , and/or no coverage at all . Poor communication was a major factor . Employees complained on how far they had to drive ( 25 minutes ) . One thing after another . So … fired all 3 of the prior agencies and had given up .
