Extremely poor!! People did not show on time, went to the wrong address or did not show at all. Very disappointed. Would not recommend to anyone. They did have one care giver named Naomi that was terrific. This was a poor recommendation and for that I’m sorry, but it is a fact. Hope the company does better in the future. As our population ages we need good care givers. Thanks

My mom is 97 and was very active and independent until about a year ago. Because of her diminishing vision, she could no longer drive. She felt stuck at home. After many attempts to meet her needs with family members, we contacted Homewatch. Homewatch has made her and our family life better. They try to match the caregiver and the client. I became a client of homewatch after knee replacement. I used them for 2 months. Everyone of caregivers were very kind and helpful. Because of homewatch and their caregivers I was able to stay at home while I recovered. With there help I functioned
