Have had a good worker, an excellent one, and a not so good one. I'm still reserving judgement. Same with the office staff. A cheerful voice and friendliness on the phone means all the difference. Remember having to rely on someone else to do the things we used to do for ourselves is very disheartening and sometimes embarrassing. Still grateful though. Thanks.
