I am the client- and my caseworker referred me to Homewatch to find a new caregiver. My first time, a nice nurse came out to visit and she was very professional.(She did however, write down some things I didn't tell her). I was currently with BrightStar (Another huge clustermess) and they had finally found someone who would at least show up.
