We rented our home from these folks several months ago. The entire process was smooth and extremely professional. Their technology is top notch, interacting with them is a breeze. We mostly have dealt with Polina, she is an awesome representative of the company. Highly recommended these folks for real estate services!
Very unprofessional. We inquired about a property and got one rude response with a list of “qualifications”, without giving any other info requested. We never got another response, despite the fact that we asked for a follow up a couple of times. The house was on the market for months (probably due to how they handle customers) and the now it looks like is no longer in the market. No reply, no one answer the phone or text messages. I have been working with Justin V. LaManna about getting maintenance issues resolved. Disappointing to work with. The request I’ve made two months ago seems to not be a priority for him and my attempts to get the job done is pointless. *Update*: 10/10/2025 work still has not been started and/or attempted.
I have been working with Justin V. LaManna about getting maintenance issues resolved. Disappointing to work with. My wife and I were long time renters before recently purchasing a home. Homevest was a pleasure to deal with. Maintenance requests were always timely met, rent was reasonably adjusted on an annual basis, and upon move out we followed the move out instructions and received our full deposit back. We are thankful to be in our own home now, but would recommend Homevest for meeting anyone’s rental needs, whether you are an owner or tenant.
