As a landlord I would NOT recommend Turner Properties. I found them lacking in responsiveness . I found them (office staff) lacking in basic knowledge about home repair and maintenance - I found them uncaring and callous at times …. I’m no longer using them and my properties are cash-flowing much, much better
This company is unethical
If you look at the ratings from 2 years + ago, things look great. BUT, look at the ones from the last year. ALL 1 STAR!!! Similar complaints about experiences. I am sure they will say, ITS COVID!!! That is total BS. You can listen to a message and return the call from anywhere in the world.
I have called and they never return my calls, I have emailed and sent messages through the website (payment portal and the maintenance portal). BTW, they have changed websites several times, changed payment website once and maintenance portal 2 times in the 6 months we have been with them. The person, Dawn, working in the office is completely incompetent and gets upsets and rude when you complain about a problem. I am so upset that my owner chose them to manage our rental. The black lady that has been answering phone is very fucking rude, if you have a question about the property she is nasty with how she responds I will not ever rent for this company!!!!

This company sucks as property managers i moved across country into a rental home that had not been cleaned or maintained yard wasnt cared for my refrigarator went completely out and was told it would be days to send maintence out a week later still not fixed and maintence report has been canceled.no i would never suggest them to anyone.
The property manager that we had was constantly being disrespectful towards us and ignoring us. This company does not value their clients and will take forever to initiate solutions. Also, they WILL NOT RETURN YOUR DEPOSIT, NO MATTER HOW CLEAN YOU LEFT THE RESIDENCE! They will round up any estimates they can to ensure they get your entire deposit and do not return any money back to you! Waited 2 weeks to hear about an application only to be told my application was no longer valid bc too much time had passed!
