Very similar experience to the other review. In my case, they took application fee... told me I was approved and they only needed the the pet screening money and app. I'm not known, so this wont come out to a brag but here it... I make half a million a year and have a 7 year clean and verifiable rental history. Gave them my financials and any requested documents from my cpa. I have a credit score of 730. only after 2 weeks of wasted time did I get denial letter stating I get denied for everything I submitted. It wont let m... read more

This company is the absolute worst!!! Tried for over a week to schedule a showing for an apartment. They do individual showings so you have to use an app to put your ID in so that you can view the apartment. A week later, still have not seen the apartment - it's a SCAM. I tried several time to speak to someone only to be told someone will contact me and the only contact I have is with a BOT. This is ridiculous. This company represents the landlord, do not believe for one minute they are protecting the renter. Dishonesty rings though them on a constant basis. My first issue, 10 weeks after signing the lease; the air conditioning broke. It took 3 weeks to replace the thermostat, I suffered without air conditioning in May, 2022. Second issue was a dryer full of lint which had several previous lint fires note the burn marks on washer and dryer. It took four months for landlord to replace the dryer. BEWARE of this company. We rented a home in Tuscaloosa, AL last year. We moved out in July, 2022. In August, 2022 we received a letter with only a portion of our security deposit returned. The letter listed several bogus charges, with insanely high rates. As instructed in their letter we refuted the charges the same day. We requested evidence of damage. This company is knowingly renting Airbnb's that are infested with bed bugs to guests and then making it exceedingly complicated when they are caught for the guest to get their money back.

If you are a landlord you will get scammed so much. They had a billion extra little fees that kept poppibg up. The monthly income statement were filled with mistakes. I've used them to manage a 4-plex for 2 months and there has already been $1586 that has left my account for random things that never got done. They are just finding ways to swindle landlords out of their money.

If you want to deal with a company that will not make repairs that are necessary to your property, then this is the company for you! They are actively trying to rent a property covered in mold from a cracked shower they refused to replace that has caused mold to grow under the carpet and up the walls. This problem was reported for well over a year and remains still.
