Parking with our trailer was a problem, the fee for our pet was very good, value extremely good.
When hotels.com messed our reservation up causing us to get the room we hadn’t pick or pay for, Alicia was on it. She spoke with them on our behalf and making sure we were in the correct room. She was patient and so helpful. The room with the waterfall shower and jet tub is totally worth it. Thanks Alicia
