Jim the Manager is Extremely RUDE, can’t handle questions, doesn’t want handicap people at his hotel, he refuses to give a bottom stairs hotel room with a 7 day notice of arrival. Hung up on me 3 times and took the phone away from a Female employee that was super respectful ok the phone. Brittany should be the Manager.
