Came for my initial chk in an of course came with my (chk in ) attitude but I don't need it!!! Ms.Narasha got me situated in less then 10 mins with a greeting from Jerome an the maintenance man will I was definitely overwhelmed but with excitement! Thank you Jaylen for having a safe welcoming environment for us to call home!

The only positive at this hotel is the manager, Jalen. He is awesome! The room was absolutely nasty. Saw cockroaches as soon as I walked in. Cigarette burns in the sheets, on the nightstand, and on the tub. I thought it was a smoke free hotel? That was one reason I was going to pick it. I spent the first hour cleaning with Clorox clean up, then decided the hell with this, I'm not paying to do the maid services job. Maybe in a years time, Jalen will have it like it should be. Hell hole of a hotel! Crack heads and homeless loitering outside reeks of weed piss and cigarettes and everything is dirty or broken in my room and the microwave was stolen (apparently this is a common thing along with tvs towels and anything else that’s not nailed down) Find literally anywhere else to stay if you have to come to Spartanburg.

Since being under new management this place has done a 180� turn around. The Hometown that has gained a bad rep isn't the Hometown that you'll visit today! As well as new management the laundry room has new equipment too. Lastly... Make sure to visit the office even if you're just passing through and get your daily dose of a pretty smile and some kind words from the sweet front desk attendant.
