Would literally give ZERO stars if I could! Booked and not once was told I needed to check IN by 7pm.. only AFTER 3 and OUT by noon! So now I’m scrambling to find a new hotel after driving 8 hours because they are “closed” .. pissed is a complete UNDERSTATEMENT!!!! TERRIBLE !!
The room was cute and cozy. Easy check-in. Wasn’t crazy about the $100 deposit but according to the front desk, it is refundable. This is a pretty good stay if you’re in the Covington area for a night or two.
Shamekia is very helpful with anything and everything you might need for your room/stay at hometown suites. This lady is awesome, she will go above and beyond to get you the best hotel experience/stay that you could ever ask for, as far as anything needed for your room/stay. I would recommend to anyone, who is visiting/plan on staying in Covington, Ga. this is the hotel you should stay at.
Rooms were clean. Price was affordable. Management is proactive as far as maintaining the property. Mekia at the front desk is amazing! I would definitely recommend staying here!
