It's 5am on a Sunday, and I feel like I'm living on a porn set. I haven't slept in two days, and I'm 100% positive my neighbors haven't either. I suppose I'm paying for space, because I'm obviously not paying for rest.
Absolutely unacceptable stay. The room was infested with roaches—multiple sightings, not just one. This is not something you can ignore or “deal with” for a night. When we brought this to management’s attention, they refused to give us a refund and showed no concern for the situation. Paying to stay in a pest-infested room is unacceptable. Save yourself the stress and do not stay here.
These Extended stays are one of the best to have
I'm giving 5 stars because of the service I received from Meeka. She was attentive & went way above & beyond the things she was required to do. Anything that we needed, she was there to help walk us through it. She is definitely an asset to this location.
