It’s clean people are flexible and the price was right. Checking in was a breeze.
I stayed here for one night and had a really good experience. The room was clean, comfortable, and felt recently updated. Check-in was quick, and the staff were friendly and helpful, which made everything easy after a long day. The location is convenient, especially if you’re just passing through or visiting nearby areas. There are plenty of food options close by, which is a big plus. Whenever I travel to Cortland I stay at this hotel because they are wonderful and accommodating. There were a few glitches upon my last visit with no fault to the hotel and everything was resolved wonderfully. A big thank you to the front desk gals, manager, and all the cleaning staff for making this a pleasant stay. I will definitely be back.

The Hometown Suites is a really good value in Cortland. The hotel is clean, the rooms have a full-size fridge, sink and microwave. There’s an indoor pool in the center of the hotel. The beds are OK. If you stay here with the understanding that it’s not a Hilton or Marriott and you’re looking for a clean hotel with friendly staff at a really great price, then you won’t be disappointed.
