Worst hotel experience of my life, let's start from 5 stars and deduct one for each awful part. Checkin was quick and easy, despite the 2am hour. As we drove around to park closer to our assigned room, we observed three small groups congregating outside, clearly at least two of them were doing drugs. Multiple people sleeping inside their cars in the parking lot. Approached by someone asking for money when we got out of our car. We booked a room online on 4/12/2024 as we had lost power. It was easy to book and when we got there the process was easy and fast. When we got to our room it was clean and comfortable with many amenities in the roomi if we wanted to use them. The bed was very comfortable and the room was spacious for us.
