Hmm, how could this place improve? Well, under previous management/ownership, the car wash was actually staffed with human beings. They were very polite, respectful human beings. Now it is staffed with an impersonal kiosk and a very rude man who publicly chastised me for getting out of my car. Of course, at my previous visit, I was required to exit the vehicle. Did a hand wash on my son's car...the car came home still fairly dirty and missing a phone charger cord and some money left in the cup holder. Yes, I know personal effects shouldn't be left in the vehicle, but neither should the employees be taking anything that isn't theirs. Management seemed uninterested in correcting the problem. So we will be uninterested in patronizing them again in the future.

So check this out. You get an oil change, then you get the $6.00 Exterior Only car wash for free. If you upgrade the car wash, they only give you $3.00 off instead of the $6.00. Ripoff much. When we asked the cashier, her response was like well thats our price. Oh and lets not forget how they try to up the price on the oil change by wanting you to add additives, air filters, ect. Wont be going back to them.

I wish I had gotten the name of the young man that cleaned our car this morning! We had gotten the cheaper wash and was expecting to be there for only a short time. We were there for quite sometime because the young man did such a wonderful job detailing our car. My husband struggles with heart disease and hasn't been able to clean our car the way he likes it done in a long time. This young man had a real attention to detail, best we have seen in a while. My wife took her car in for an oil change on 1/15/18. When she got in her car the cabin air filter cover was on the dash. She had to get their attention and have them install it before she left. After she had driven off she noticed that here car was quite a bit louder when accelerating than usual so she turned around and brought it back. When she asked if it could have something to do with the filters they told her that would not have caused it.
